If you use your power chair infrequently (once a week or less), you should charge the batteries at least once per week for 12 to 14 hours. NOTE: Keep your batteries fully charged and avoid deeply discharging your batteries. Do not charge the batteries for more than 24 hours at a charging cycle. Jet 3 Ultra www.pridemobility.com...
Page 28
A fully charged deep-cycle battery will provide reliable performance and extended battery life. Keep your power chairs batteries fully charged whenever possible. Batteries that are regularly and deeply discharged, infrequently charged, or stored without a full charge may be permanently damaged, causing unreliable power chair operation and limited battery life. www.pridemobility.com Jet 3 Ultra...

M A I N T E N A N C E CARE AND MAINTENANCE Your Jet 3 Ultra is a sophisticated power chair. Like any motorised vehicle, it requires routine maintenance checks. You can perform some of these checks, but others require assistance from your authorised Pride Provider. Preventive maintenance is very important.
Your power chair should be stored in a dry place, free from temperature extremes. When storing, disconnect the batteries from the power chair. See VI. Batteries and Charging. WARNING! If you fail to store the unit properly, the frame can rust and the electronics can be damaged. Jet 3 Ultra www.pridemobility.com...
