One of the brushes is not spinning. How can I fix it. This thing is only a month old and has had very little use
To fix a non-spinning brush on the Ontel Swivel Sweeper Max:
1. Turn off the sweeper and remove the battery to prevent accidental start.
2. Check if the rotating cleaning brushes are entangled with hair, thread, or debris. Clean them if necessary.
