It is recommended to use the machine at a temperature: around 60.8 to 80.6 °F or less (16 to 27 °C), humidity: around 36 to 65%.

A paper feeder is also available as an option (refer to Optional Equipment on page 11-2). Before Loading Paper When you open a new package of paper, fan the sheets to separate them slightly prior to loading in the following steps. Bend the whole set of sheets to swell them in the middle.

Paper that is curled or folded may cause paper jams. Ensure that the loaded paper does not exceed the level indicator (see the figure).

The multi purpose tray accepts paper sizes from A3 to A6 and Hagaki and from Ledger to Statement-R, 8K, 16K-R and 16K.
