The manual does not specifically mention the availability of a replacement lid for the Ball FreshTech FTWB-15-02. However, it states that only approved accessories should be used and recommends visiting www.freshpreserving.com for accessories. You may check the website or contact Consumer Service at 1-800-240-3340 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST) for more information.

The Ball FreshTech FTWB-15-02 may be leaking on the countertop due to improper placement of the included canning rack. The manual states that the canning rack must be placed in the bottom of the pot to prevent damage to the spigot port. If the spigot port is damaged or not properly closed, it could cause leaks. Additionally, check the spigot for any loose connections or defects.
