Troubleshooting

What is the problem? Check the following possibilities before contacting the service
center for repair.

inserted

The needle is too fine for the
fabric
The upper thread tension is
too tight
The bobbin case is not in the
correct position
Machine is incorrectly
threaded
The thread is tangled in the
bobbin case or hook
The upper thread tension is
too tight
The needle is bent or the
needle point is burred
The needle is incorrectly
inserted
The thread is a poor quality
thread
Lower thread is incorrectly
threaded
Countermeasure
Connect the power plug
correctly
Turn on the sewing machine
Clean the hook
Remove the lint or fluff from
the hook or feed dog
Insert the needle correctly
Firmly tighten the screw
Use the appropriate size
needle for the fabric
Loosen the upper tension
Put the bobbin case in the
correct position
Rethread the sewing machine
Remove the thread tangle and
clean the feed dog and hook
Loosen the upper tension
Insert a new needle
Insert the needle correctly
Use a good quality,
recommended thread
Rethread the bobbin case
