Hi, The shredder keeps running contiguously, does not turn off. Then if I use the auto shredder it stops, showing the jammed light.
The Rexel Auto+ 60X shredder may keep running continuously and show a jammed light when using the auto function due to a paper jam. To resolve this, try the following steps:
1. Check if the bin is full and empty it if necessary.
2. Use the reverse mode and continuous jam boost switch to clear the jam.
3. If the issue persists, follow the reverse function instructions.
If the jammed light remains on, ensure that too many sheets are not being fed into the manual feed slot, as this can also trigger a jam.
