BCleaning Engine Shroud
To avoid personal injury:
A Make sure engine is cool to the touch before
removing shrouds.
1. Remove the engine shroud mounting bolts and detach
the shroud.
2. Check to see if the engine's cooling fins are blocked
with dust and dirt. Clean them with compressed air if
required.
To avoid personal injury:
A Always shield eyes and face from air deposits
and objects.

BChecking Spark Plug [T2080,T2380]
Every 100 hours of operation or annually check the
spark plug condition and gap.
1. Lift hood.
2. Remove the spark plug wire from spark plug.
3. Use a spark plug wrench to remove plug.
A This engine is equipped with resistor-type spark plug.
4. Inspect spark plug for cracked porcelain, pitted
electrodes, or other wear and damage. Replace spark
plug if necessary.
(1) Spark plug (both sides)
5. Check spark plug gap with gap gauge.
