Aurora is not programmable by user. Instead, ACTOR-MATE provides laser graphic design service for Aurora owner. This service provides lots of benefits for customer. User just needs to send desired graphic in regular graphic format (Jpeg, BMP…etc) to us through ACTOR-MATE distributor. The quotation and production time will be sent back to client as soon as we receive mentioned material. - Page 4 2. Trouble Shooting If there is no light from the unit, please check the main power supply and fuse. If unit does not respond to DMX, please check the DMX cables are connected properly and are wired correctly. If unit does not response to the music please adjust the sound-active sensitivity level by Sensitivity Adjustment Knob. -
