Questions and answers
Reading is not showing
The TESTO 106-T1 may not be showing a reading due to the following possible reasons:
1. Battery Issue: The thermometer uses 2 x lithium 2032 batteries. If the battery is depleted or incorrectly installed, the device may not function.
2. Power Issue: Ensure the thermometer is turned on by pressing the appropriate button.
3. Operating Temperature: The device operates between -20°C and +50°C. If used outside this range, it may not function correctly.
4. Sensor Malfunction: If the contact measurement sensor is damaged or obstructed, it may not detect temperature.
5. Auto Shut-off: The device may have turned off automatically. Try turning it on again.
Checking these factors can help identify and resolve the issue.
