9.3 Error Messages and Troubleshooting

Symptom
Ad--- Loadcell wires to indicator are incorrectly
connected, shorted, opened, ADC or loadcell(s)
Ad___
are damaged.
0---- Weight reading exceeds Power On Zero limit.
0____ Weight reading below Power On Zero limit.
---- Weight reading exceeds Overload limit or the
weight value cannot be displayed in the current
unit of measure because it exceeds 6 digits.
____ Weight reading below Under load limit.
EEP. E 1 CONFG or CAL parameters are not correctly
set.
EEP. E 2 USER parameter is not correctly set.
CAP. E R
Capacity parameters are not correct.
CAL. E r Calibration error. Input data or loaded weight is
too small, too big, unstable, non-linear.
PWT. E R
Piece weight is error, it's too small (<0.5d), The
weight on the platform is too small to define a
valid reference weight.

Probable Cause
Description
Remedy
Make sure wires are ok and correctly connected.
Replace loadcell or ADC chip, Service required.
Make sure scale platform is empty. Perform zero
calibration.
Install platform on scale. Perform zero calibration.
Reduce load on scale until weight value can be
displayed. Use a more appropriate unit of measure.
Re-set some parameters of CONFG or USER.
Install platform on scale.Perform zero calibration.
Re-set items in CONFG, do calibration.
Re-set items in USER.
Set PRIM.N/PRIM.D/SECND.n to correct number,
make sure capacity not more than 6 digit.
Input correct data, load correct weight onto
platform, Service required.
Use a greater weight for the sample.
