TROUBLESHOOTING

Your
One Wine System has been carefully designed to give
you many years of trouble-free service. In the unlikely event that
your
One Wine System does not operate satisfactorily,
please review the following potential problems and try the steps
recommended BEFORE you call an authorized service center.

Problem
Recommended Steps
Power
• Ensure that the Wine System is plugged

installed onto the Pour Spout.
• Wine will not dispense if the chamber is
actively in the preservation mode.
– Wait for the preservation cycle to be
completed, or
– Cancel the preservation process by
pressing the Preservation Button.
A wine bottle is securely
• If a wine bottle is installed, the lights
