Replacing the registration clutch (CL1)

A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle
• Registration clutch (CL1): Every 3,000,000 prints

Turn over the sensor mounting bracket [1] and
clean the registration sensor (PS44) [2] with a
blower brush.
Reinstall the above parts following the removal
steps in reverse.
Pull out the ADU from the main body. (See "3.16.1
Cleaning the registration sensor (PS44).")
Open the open/close guide /1 [1].
Remove the screw [2] and then remove the ADU
pull-out lever [3].
Loosen 4 screws [4] and remove the ADU cover
[5].
