1. From the Idle screen, press

To access the Call Log when the phone is not idle, press OPTIONS and then scroll down
to Call Log and press SELECT.

Navigation key to scroll to the desired Call Log entry.
3. You have the following options:
Press SELECT or PHONE to dial out the selected (highlighted) number in the Call Log. If
you are accessing the Call Log from Idle mode, pressing SPEAKER also dials out the
selected number.
Call Log entries may not be in the proper format for dialing. In some areas, you need to
remove the area code or add or remove a 1. Press the

Is there a way to have a voice message that allows a customer to automatically leave a message? Current message asks customer to press a number in order to leave a message. We have Synapse SB67020/SB67025
