Plug one end into the audio output of the TV card (light-green socket) and the other end into the Line-In terminal of the sound card (usually a light-blue socket). -

Windows will now find the drivers on the TV Tuner Installation CD and install them automatically. After installing the driver, Windows informs you that it has done so successfully.
