This manual covers the Installation, Operation, Routine Maintenance and Cleaning
requirements for the following Williams Refrigeration products:

Provided the instructions in this Operating Manual are read and implemented correctly,
the optimum performance and reliability of your equipment should be maintained.
The Williams range of Reach-In Blast Chillers has temperature parameters set as follows:
+90°C (194°F) / +3°C (37°F)
The Williams range of Reach-In Blast Chiller Freezers has temperature parameters set as
follows:
+90°C (194°F) / +3°C (37°F) and +90°C (194°F) / -18°C (0°F)
The Williams range of Modular Blast Chillers, Chiller Freezers and Freezers are designed to
