MACHINE DOES NOT
TURN ON.
THE MACHINE
REQUIRES A LOT OF
TIME TO HEAT UP.
THE MACHINE IS VERY
NOISY.
RED FLASHING LIGHT.
THE COFFEE FLOWS
OUT TOO FAST AND
THERE IS NO CREAMY
FROTH (CREMA).
NO COFFEE FLOWS,
OR IT JUST DRIPS OUT
SLOWLY.
NO COFFEE FLOWS
OUT AND THE DRIP
TRAY FILLS WITH
WATER.
MACHINE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE POWER SUPPLY. ENSURE POWER
LEAD IS FIRMLY PUSHED IN AND THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET IT SWITCHED
ON.
THE MACHINE HAS LIMESCALE BUILD UP. DESCALE THE MACHINE.
THERE IS NO WATER IN THE TANK. TOP UP THE TANK WITH FRESH COLD
DRINKING WATER.
WATER TANK FITTED INCORRECTLY OR ABSENT – FIT WATER TANK
CORRECTLY.
OR
COFFEE DIAL IN WRONG POSITION – TURN THE COFFEE DIAL TO THE
STOP POSITION AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES.
THE CAPSULE HAS ALREADY BEEN USED, REMOVE AND REPLACE WITH
A NEW CAPSULE.
THE DISPENSING SPOUT IS CLOGGED – CLEAN THE COFFEE
DISPENSING SPOUT. DO THIS BY RUNNING A DOSE OF WATER
THROUGH THE COFFEE SPOUT WITHOUT INSERTING A CAPSULE.
THE COFFEE DIAL IS IN THE WRONG POSITION - ENSURE YOU P USH
THE COFFEE DIAL FULLY BACK
POSITION.
