WATERCRAFT IDENTIFICATION

The main components of the water-
craft (engine and hull) are identified by
different serial numbers. It may some-
times become necessary to locate
these numbers for warranty purposes
or to trace the watercraft in the event
of theft.

Hull Identification Number

The Hull Identification Number (HIN) is
engraved on the right hand side of the
hull at the rear of watercraft, above the
front of the sponson.

(a letter may also be used as a digit)

Engine Identification
Number
The Engine Identification Number
(EIN) is located under the exhaust man-
ifold, close to cylinder number one.
