Chapter 13: Managing Your Phone

Sound

To set the device sound settings, tap or > Settings > Sound.
Volumes
Adjust the volume for media, ringtone, notification,
alarms, and system.
1. Tap or > Settings > Sound > Volumes.
2. Drag the respective volume slider to adjust the
volume.
3. Tap OK to save your settings.
To adjust in-call volume
During a phone call, press the volume button to adjust
the volume.
Phone ringtone
Set your default phone ringtone.
Vibrate when ringing
Device vibrates during incoming calls.
Default notification sound
Set your default notification ringtone.
Dial pad touch tones
Enable/disable sound when touching keys on the dial pad.
Touch sounds
Enable/disable sound when selecting items on the screen.
Screen lock sound
Play sounds when locking or unlocking the screen.
Vibrate on touch
Enable/disable vibration when selecting items on the screen.
