2. INSTALLATION
(Fixing the printer)
1. Fix the printer unit on the table as shown in the
figure.
(Place the printer in the arrow direction (D, lightly
move in the arrow direction S, then secure it with
screws.)

It is also possible to use the printer free on the table
without securing.

Connection procedure after the installation

Make sure that power is off to the MZ-800 and its
peripheral units.

Remove the printer connector cover on the back side
of the MZ-800.

@ Connect the data cable and the power supply cable of
the unit with the printer connector and the 5 VDC jack
of the MZ-800.
@ For connection of the printer connector, use the
screws that had been at both ends of connector.

When this unit is in use, set the MZ-800 printer dip
switch to the MZ side.
