Chapter II IE Browser Setting

To view the video images, users shall configure the IE browser
settings for monitors or other viewing devices, and set system
functions according to the system prompts. The following points
shall be noted when setting the IE browser:
Support IE browser version: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later;
Before attempting to view the image, make sure the system have
installed InfiH264.cab controls and supports Directx 9.0c image
view software.
Install Quicktime control.

2.1 Software Installation

The V1700N-NE2 Series domes can be connected to computer or to
the network directly.
Note: Check if the connection is tight before power-on.

2.2 Set IE Browser

Users can view the images and relative interfaces that caught by
camera over IE browser or V2216 etc. software. To view images
over IE browser, ActiveX control shall be installed beforehand,
otherwise, the view can not be performed normally. To install the
controls, the security property of the IE shall be set.
(1) As shown in the following figure, click "Tool" in the menu
bar, and then click "Internet Options" on the pop-up menu.

(2) Select "Security" tab in the interface as shown below:
(3) Click "Custom Level" to pop up the following interface in the
figure below:
(4) Enable or prompt the option of "Download unsigned ActiveX
controls".
(5) Select "low" in the "Reset custom settings".
2.3 Installation View Software
The installation procedures of V1700N-NE2 IP dome image view
software are listed as follows:
(1) Download OCX
First, user has to log in with the Infinova super ID and password

successfully logging in, you will be informed that the browsing
