The XY-118S requires at the minimum an active low pass filter to function correctly. The settings below are given as a starting point — as the user you are given maximum flexibility to adjust for your taste. To protect the drive unit, it is also advisable to apply a high pass filter to the system to protect the XY-118S drive unit from over-excursion from frequencies it cannot reproduce. -
