B200S OWNER'S MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing the ADA B200S Stereo Guitar Power Amplifier. The B200S is a
bipolar transistor amplifier designed specifically for use with guitar component systems, such
as the ADA MP-1 MIDI TUBEPREAMP and SPLITSTACK SPEAKER CABINETS. Your new
B200S will preserve all the tone and fidelity from your guitar, preamp, and effects units, while
delivering warm, clean power to your speaker cabinets. Please take a few moments to read
this manual and familiarize yourself with your new B200S.

The diagram on the next page shows how to hook up single and multiple 8-ohm speaker
cabinets such as the ADA SPLIT-STACK 2X12.
We do not recommend using 2-ohm or 16-ohm loads with the B200S.
When using 16-ohm cabinets, such as the popular 4X12 configuration, wire 2 cabinets in
parallel to achieve 8-ohms for each channel. This means four 4X12 cabinets for stereo.
Note:
See a qualified service tech for rewiring 16-ohm cabinets to 4-ohms for more power,
and single 4X12 per channel compatibility with the B200S.
