    INSTRU- FRAME AND RUNNING GEAR INSTRUMENT DRAKON 50 NKD AND CONTROL FUNCTION MAIN SWITCH The main switch controls the ignition circuit and steering lock. : all electrical contacts are disconnected. : the contacts are activated; the engine can start and the lights come on.

    Replace the flat battery with a new one; if the problem remains, call an Authorised MALAGUTI Service Centre. Do not use your vehicle when no function appears on the display or when functions appear partially, since the instrument board is not in the condition to provide sufficient information about your vehi- cle.

    The check is automatically performed every time the key is turned to. If the check is not displayed, contact an authorised MALAGUTI Service Centre. CHOOSING FUNCTIONS Functions are divided into menus and sub-menus (bar graph), which make the display easier to understand.

    • If the spark plug shows a distinctly different colour, the engine could be defective. Do not attempt to diagnose such problems yourself. Instead have a MALAGUTI Dealer check the vehicle. • Remove the spark plug and thoroughly clean its elec- trodes and insulator, using a metal brush.

    The carburettor is an important part of the engine and re- quires very accurate adjustments. Therefore, most carburettor adjustments should be left to an Authorised MALAGUTI Service Centre, who has the necessary professional knowledge and experience. The carburettor has been set and extensively tested at the MALAGUTI factory.
