10.0 Trouble shooting

Repairs may only be carried out by the SOLIS Service Centre or
specially trained experts properly authorised by SOLIS. Service work

Possible cause
– no power supply
– service door open
Multiple control indicator is lit:
– no water
– no beans
– grinder blocked by stone
– container for waste
coffee incorrectly placed
– drip tray incorrectly placed
– brewing unit not properly placed
– steam selection button switched on
– temperature too high
– steam and hot water nozzle clogged
– unsuitable coffee blend
– coffee beans not fresh
– cup too cold
– grind setting too fine or too coarse
– brewing group is not properly aligned
– machine needs descaling

inconveniences can be avoided.
Resolution
– check power cord and fuse
– close service door
– refill water container
– refill bean container
– clean grinder or bring machine to service centre
– properly insert container for waste coffee
– properly insert drip tray
– properly insert brewing unit to click into place
– switch off steam selection
button and prime machine as per Pt. 3.5
– prime machine as per Pt. 3.5
– clean the tip of the nozzle with a small pin
– try different coffee blend
