I n t r o d u c t i o n Welcome to the Coral system and its associated FlexSet units based on Voice over IP and ISDN standards. Much thought has gone into making this system flexible and easy to use. The FlexSet will become an invaluable part of your work environment, providing you with an important tool for your daily business and communication activities.

ACD & UCD Groups: Wrap-Up Time On/Off #1976 Display Message Key LED The Wrap-Up Time feature provides an idle ACD/UCD group member with a time-out period between consecutive group calls. The time-out period is determined for each group on a system-wide basis. This feature allows an agent to utilize the Wrap-Up code without interfering with outside calls.

Auto Answer On/Off #138 Display Message Key LED This feature can be used to answer all incoming calls automatically. Incoming calls to your station automatically connect after a predetermined number of rings so that you can answer the call handsfree. When using the FlexSet 120L, however, you must use the handset or headset when speaking.
Auto Redial #178 Display Message Key LED The system can repeatedly dial external busy numbers. The system will redial t = Outside access code or name until the phone rings or up to a number of attempts defined system-wide, before d = Outside telephone number the number is erased from the scanner list.

Auto Set Relocate: Temporary Display Message Key LED When defined for temporary relocation, this feature allows a temporary move of your extension from one location to another, while preserving your extension's original setup. Activating Auto Set Relocate exchanges all of your (source) phone's programmable keys, numbering, membership in groups, etc.

Boss Group: Programming Exclusive Hold #187 Display Message Key LED As a Boss Group member, you can put your telephone into Exclusive Hold mode. This ensures that a call placed on hold can be retrieved only at the telephone where Exclusive Hold was originally placed.
