To set up port forwarding for an IP camera on a NETGEAR C6300:

1. Determine the Camera's IP Address: Find the local IP address of the camera. Ensure it has a static IP or use the reserved IP address feature in the router.

2. Access the Router Settings: Open a web browser, enter the router’s IP address (typically 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1), and log in with the admin credentials.

3. Navigate to Port Forwarding: Go to the router’s port forwarding settings.

4. Create a Port Forwarding Rule:
- Enter a name for the rule (e.g., "IP Camera").
- Input the camera’s local IP address.
- Specify the required ports (e.g., HTTP port 80 or a custom port used by the camera).
- Select the appropriate protocol (TCP, UDP, or both).

5. Save and Apply Changes: Save the settings and restart the router if necessary.

6. Access the Camera Remotely: Use the public IP address of your network and the specified port to view the camera from outside your home network.

Ensure your firewall settings allow the connection, and consider using a dynamic DNS service if your public IP address changes frequently.
