Power does not turn ON/OFF
upon pressing the Operate
button.
Unable to select -3dB or -
6dB of the gain selection
button when they are pressed.

● Is the Operation Lock switch set to PART or FULL ? Set
to OFF .
● Are the cables properly connected?
● Is the power of the connected camera functioning normally?
● Is the -3dB or -6dB button lit in green? Features
(Options) that are not available at the camera's end are not
lit and are disabled.
● Is the white balance selection set to PRESET or FAW ?
Select AW A or AW B .
● Is the white balance selection set to MANUAL ? When
MANUAL is selected, the WHITE PAINT R/B knob is
enabled at all times, and therefore the white paint button
remains ON (orange light on).
● The lamp brightness of this product can be adjusted.
● Is the lens iris mode set to "MANUAL"? Set it to "AUTO" or
"A".
