To install a replacement motor for the RAMSET RAM 100:
1. Power Off – Disconnect the power supply to ensure safety. 2. Remove the Old Motor - Use the foot pedal release to disengage the gate from the motor. - Detach the motor from the chassis by removing the mounting bolts. - Disconnect the wiring from the control board. 3. Install the New Motor - Position the replacement motor (C-Face, 120 VAC, 1/2 HP) in place. - Secure it with the mounting bolts. - Connect the wiring as per the original configuration. 4. Reassemble and Test - Re-engage the gate with the motor. - Restore power and test the motor operation. - Ensure smooth and quiet functionality.
