The tambour (Print Drum) and master door of the Riso RZ Series may not open due to the following reasons:

1. The Print Drum has not been correctly set. (Error d-01)
2. The Front Cover is open or not fully closed. (Error d-11)
3. An inappropriate Print Drum or Master Roll is installed. (Errors d-02, d-17)
4. The Master Disposal Box is not set or not correctly set. (Error d-07)

These issues can prevent the proper operation of the machine, including opening components like the tambour and master door.

Master nao sai

The Riso RZ Series master may not be coming out due to the following reasons:

1. Master Roll Issue: An inappropriate or worn master roll is set, or the mark on the master core is missing or tilted. The machine cannot read it and will not operate. Set a correct, undamaged master roll with the proper mark.

2. Master Feed Error (Code A01): Possible causes include:
- Master-positioning sensor not activating or deactivating correctly.
- Sensor is ON during standby or at the start of master making.
- Faulty gate-array control for the write pulse motor.

Remedy: Open the master-making unit, rewind the master material on the roll, reset the master, or power the machine OFF and ON.

3. Master Loading Error (Code A02): The master-loading sensor was OFF during a check. This can indicate the master was not fed correctly.

4. Master Not Wrapped Correctly on Drum: The master may not be correctly wrapped or sent to the Master Disposal Box. Remove the master from the drum, reset the Print Drum, and press the start key.

Check each of these causes and take the listed actions to resolve the issue.
