To fully unlock and adjust the Petporte Smart Flap, follow these steps:
1. Ensure Proper Power Connection: Confirm that the scanner wire and power cable are securely connected. If using an extension lead, check for any loose connections. 2. Safety First Pet Porte cat flaps have been designed with safety for you and your animals in mind. However, please follow these guidelines to ensure your safety, especially during installation. 1) Simply clean the cat flap with a damp (not wet) cloth, or antistatic wipe. Never use household polish as this may damage the product.
