Unit not removing humitity., blowing cold air from top, normally warm. What do I need to do. Unit clean and new continuous drain hose connected. Running 24-7 without water being produced. A little over 3 years old.

If the Friedrich D70BP unit is not removing humidity and is blowing cold air instead of warm, possible issues could include:
1. Compressor not running – The compressor may have failed or not be receiving power, preventing moisture removal. 2. Low refrigerant – A refrigerant leak can stop the dehumidification process and may cause the unit to blow cold air. 3. Clogged filter or coils – Dirty filters or coils can restrict airflow and reduce performance. 4. Faulty humidity sensor – If the hygrometer is malfunctioning, the unit may not detect humidity correctly and fail to activate dehumidification. 5. Pump or drainage issue – If water is not being drained properly, the unit may stop dehumidifying to prevent overflow.
Professional inspection may be needed to diagnose and fix the issue.
