Language
The language function is described on page 23 as the interactive plug-in menu. If you need to
choose the language again, follow the steps below.

Closed Caption
Many programs now include an onscreen display of dialog called closed captions. Some
programs may also include displays of additional information in text form. Your monitor can
access and display this information using the closed caption feature. To activate the closed
caption feature, follow the steps below.

• To select the mode, press the C.C. button. See page 57.
Note:
You can not use the "Closed Caption" function under the following conditions:
1) When your device that you have connected can not send the "Closed Caption"
information to the monitor.
2) When the picture signals are component signals (except 480i), digital signals from the
HDMI 1 terminal, or PC signals.
