  • Page 23 Working with the ActivPanel Power Saving The ActivPanel conforms to VESA power saving guidelines. When used with a Display Power Management Signaling (DPMS) compliant computer or video card, the display will automatically comply with the below power saving parameters. When these power-saving functions are in effect, the screen display is darker than usual.

    Customizing control panel overview Use the ActivPanel Tablet control panel to customize the pen display. When you open the control panel, an icon for the pen is displayed in the Tool list and the appropriate tabs are displayed. To customize the pen and pen display, make your changes to the tab controls. Experiment with different settings to find what works best for you.

    Customizing your pen is easy. First open the ActivPanel Tablet control panel using the pen. The pen will be selected in the Tool list and the appropriate tabs will be displayed. Select a tab and choose from the available options.

Changes you make to these settings in the ActivPanel Tablet control panel do not affect similar system settings. However, changes made to similar system settings may affect your pen display settings.
