When you turn the machine on, it will automatically commence an initial rinsing cycle from the coffee outlets and the steam nozzle.

You can obtain cleaning tablets from Krups Service Centres. Make certain to protect your work surface during cleaning cycles, especially if they are made of marble, stone or wood.

    Only use Krups descaling products. You can obtain descaling products from Krups Service Centers. Do not use conventional starchy sulphonic acid or other products containing acid.
