• Remove the coffee grounds container and the drip tray. Place each unit under
hot water and scrub thoroughly.
• Remove the coffee group and clean it
• With coffee group and the water tank still removed, wipe out all internal areas.
• Fill water container. Wipe exterior and dry.
• Wipe outside of unit with sponge. Dry.
• Place coffee group back. Seat properly.
• Put back the top lid and close the front door.
• Turn back ON the Aroma 5500 coffee maker.
4.3 How to remove and clean the coffee group
The coffee group is located on the front side of the Aroma 5500 coffee maker. It creates
the espresso coffee by compressing the ground coffee beans into a "puck" and forcing
the water to go through this "puck" that creates a perfect espresso.
CAUTION
Turn OFF the Aroma 5500 coffee maker.
