To record and send a message to a co-worker:
1. Press
V-MAIL
Push Rec.

3. Record your message and do one of the following:
– Push Done.

Enter the message recipient's mailbox number.

– Enter another mailbox number and return to step 5.

Cascading Message Notification

To be notified at up to five destinations (e.g., your pager, cell phone, or home office) when you
have new messages:
(This feature requires IntraMail Pro. Standard IntraMail provides a single destination.)
Part A: Enable Notification
1. Press
V-MAIL
2. Dial (

3. Push Phone
4. Do one of the following:
– Push

Pause Resume
and to pause and resume your recording.
Cncl
to cancel your recording without sending it.
Send to send your message.
Mbox to reenter the mailbox number.
Exit to exit the recording mode without sending the message.
Send to send your message, do one of the following:
Exit to exit the recording mode.
or push VM:xx.
) and push Notif.
to select Message Notification.
On to turn notification on.
Off
to turn notification off.
Dest
to set up your notification destinations.
Back
to exit without changing the current setting.
