    OPERATION & MAINTENANCE STARTING THE ENGINE Note: Before attempting to start engine, first it is recommended to assemble the top handle to the top of the fuel tank using the supplied screwdriver and 2 pan hd screws (between the fuel filter and oil measuring cup). WARNING! Before starting the engine, do not connect the electric apparatus.
