Congratulations on purchasing a MDB Family Product. This crib will provide many years of service if you adhere
to the following guidelines for assembly, maintenance, and operation. This crib is for residential use only.
Any institutional use is strictly prohibited.
Please be sure to follow the instructions for proper assembly. Use a Phillips head screwdriver for assembling
the crib in addition to the Allen wrench included in the hardware box. Do not use power screwdrivers. All of our
cribs are made from natural woods. Please understand that natural woods have color variations which are the
result of nature and not defects in workmanship.
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE PARTS. ALL MODELS HAVE THE SAME QUANTITY OF PARTS AND HARDWARE.
YOUR MODEL MAY LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ILLUSTRATED DUE TO STYLISTIC VARIATIONS.

- Page 4 STEP 3. Attach the crossbar (Q) and headboard (C) to the left panel assemblies using the 2" bolts (S), 3" bolts (H), lock washers (M) and barrel nuts (L). And then attach the right panel assemblies as the illustration shown. e sure at the post brackets face to the inside of the crib.
- Page 5 STEP 5. Attach the crossbar (Q) to the front rail (D). Insert barrel nuts (L) into the holes in the front rail (D) and attach it between the side panels using 2" bolts (S), 3" bolts (H) and lock washers (M) as the illustration shown. Tighten the bolts securely with the Allen wrench (R).
