My bio bottle has been in place several months fluid level is unchanged Please advise

The Bio-Charge bottle may not be dispensing fluid due to improper installation, a clogged nozzle, or the disposer not being used frequently enough. Ensure the bottle is correctly aligned and snapped into place. Check if the nozzle is blocked and clean if necessary.
