Auto avoid traffic
When traffic information (such as traffic jam) is received
during route guidance, a route that avoids the traffic
information is searched, and if there is an alternate
route, you are informed on the screen.
' " Select [Auto Avoid Traffic] from the
SIRIUS TRAFFIC menu.
Illuminates
when On.
• If there is an alternate route, you are informed
on the screen.
• Select [Auto Avoid Traffic] again to cancel auto
avoid traffic.
III If there is an alternate route
Confirm the information on the
screen, then select [Yes].
• The route is updated to the alternate route.
• In the following cases, the route is not updated
to the alternate route.
• [No] is selected.
• Route deviance.
• The distance to the turning point of the old
and alternate route becomes less than 1 mile
(1.5 km).
