    INSTALLATION Unpacking and Assembly Each unit requires the handle, chimney and legs to be fitted. All these are packed inside the oven. Single oven units also have a storage shelf with stainless steel tray to be fitted between the legs. The tray is packed on top of the unit, the shelf under the unit.
  • Page 6 INSTALLATION Electrical Connections Loosen the two screws on the left side of the control panels and hinge control panel open. Terminals are provided permitting single ovens to be connected to a single or two phase supply with twin or triple deck units are suitable for two or three phase supply.
  • Page 7 INSTALLATION Converting to Double and Triple Units These units are capable of being tiered up to three ovens high. Extra ovens may be added at any time to single units to convert into double or triple oven units. When ordering extra oven units please specify if these are to be added to existing ovens to create double or triple deck units.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS General All ovens have a ceramic tiled hearth and are heated by sheathed tubular elements situated in the top of the oven and below the hearth. All elements are controlled by the thermostat from 150-350°C (300-650°F). In addition the bottom element is under the control of a three heat switch, whilst the top elements inner and outer coils are each controlled by Energy Regulators.
  • Page 9 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS When top heat is required for browning purposes the top elements controls can be set to equivalent settings or can be varied i.e. the outer element set higher than the inner or vice versa. The actual settings to be determined by the type of goods being cooked and the preference of the operator.

    SERVICING DOOR: Ensure power supply is turned OFF. To adjust the spring counter balance, loosen the two screws on the left hand side of the control panel and swing control panel open. The spring is adjusted by a wing nut. Screw in clockwise tighten spring tension.
  • Page 11 SERVICING BOTTOM ELEMENT CONTROL Pull off knob and undo nut. Pull off knob and remove two securing screws. THERMOSTAT To remove a complete thermostat from the oven and control panel, unscrew the phial cover inside the oven. Pull off thermostat knob and remove the two screws. Remove wiring and replace.
