Questions and answers
Our unit won't stay running. We turn it on and it works normal for about 30 seconds. Then it shuts off on its own. If I change the temperature the flames dim way down. If I raise the temperature the unit shuts off. Or I turn it on and there is no heat or blower working just the flames are working. Or you turn it on and the blower and heater work but the flames go dim and won't change if you press the flame button. Any idea what the problem is?
What does flashing E3 mean
Heat is there but not blowing out. Flames are working. E3 is flashing what does that mean
