4. Installing the meters

1 Install the meters securely in the
da shboard where they can be
easily read and are not exposed to
water splashes. The recommended
dashboard thickness is 2 – 11 mm
(0.08 – 0.43 in). For dashboards

thicker than 11 mm (0.43 in), the fitting
plate should be cut accordingly. Be
sure to tighten the fitting nuts on the
fitting plate evenly.
2 The dashboard inclination should be
50˚ – 80˚.

3 Set the tachometer selector knob to
"6P".

4 Cut a hole 85 mm (3.346 in) in
diameter for the tachometer, and a
hole 52.5 mm (2.067 in) in diameter
for the trim meter.
