Registration and activation of vSpace and your FUTRO DC20-1 device will not be required for version 6.1.3 or higher.
Firmware Update It is always recommended to use the latest available version of firmware on your FUTRO DC20-1 device. Each installation of vSpace includes the latest firmware, so no additional downloads are necessary to complete this process. The firmware may be "pulled or pushed" to the device by the vSpace software.
Updating the vSapce Software The latest vSpace software can be obtained from "http://ts.fujitsu.com/support/downloads.html". You can check this location periodically for newly posted software. ► Simply download the installation file. ► Read the release notes. ► Uninstall your current version (if required per the Release Notes).

If the server group contains more than one name (or IP address), FUTRO DC20-1 tries for 5 seconds to connect with the first server.
