    This manual details the assembly, operation, and maintenance for the JAG Grill Firepit. Important Service Information No other JAG Grill Firepit has the same serial number as yours. The serial number is on the inside of the side door attached to the firepit .

    Assembly Standard Operation Procedure Placement Requirements ! For Outdoor Use Only. Install only in well-ventilated areas. Do not locate the firepit: In high traffic areas Under or near trees, plants and buildings where debris may constantly fall into the firepit. Assemble four floor plates (T) loosley with three 5/16-18 x 3/4 button hd bolts (G), three 5/16 flat washers (H) and three 5/16 nuts (I) into each as shown. Tighten all hardware.

Assemble leg plate (V) to floor plates and side plate (U) loosely with four 5/16-18 x 3/4 button hd bolts (G), four 5/16 flatwashers (H) and four 5/16 nuts (I).

  • Page 11 1/2" Wrench 3/4" Wrench Assemble one 1/2-13 nut (M) onto one leveling mount (AA) and assemble to each leg (Z). Repeat on remaining three legs keeping all heights the same. Once fire pit is on the ground adjust leveling mounts to level fire pit and tighten nuts to lock.

  • Page 15 Assembled grill frames (R). Turn over and place assembled grill frames with tabs up onto base. Place each grill (S) into place by sliding first one side into slot then sliding second side into the opposite slot. Assemble one stove handle (Q) Repeat for all grills.
  • Page 16 #2 Square (Robertson) Drive Assemble tables by laying out the boards labeled (1), (2), (3) and (4) with pre-drilled holes facing up in the order shown. Place table bracket (AB) on boards and line up holes in hinge with holes in boards and screw in eight #8 x 5/8 Pan Head Hex Socket Drive screws (O).
  • Page 17 Swing grill up out of the way. Assemble each table by lining up and inserting all four large keyslot holes with panel standoff (P) slots, then press down to lock into place. Repeat for all tables. WOOD MAINTENANCE: Periodically reapply an oil finish to wood that appears dry to restore the beauty. Allow the oil to penetrate for 30 minutes then reapply additional oil finish for 15 minutes to penetrate.

    ! Failure to inspect and maintain may lead to malfunctioning of the firepit and potentially dangerous situations. Your JAG Grill Firepit is designed to be cleaned and maintained easily. Inspect the firepit before each use. Use a broom to clean cold dry ash , and rinse with hose (water) if needed.
