1 At the Start screen, press Menu 4-4-6 (Settings - Phone settings -
Help text activation).
2 After a brief pause, On and Off appear.
Use the scroll keys to highlight On or Off and press Select. A confirmation
message appears.
Use a shortcut
You can also go to almost any feature or option directly from the Start
screen using "shortcuts".
Press Menu, and within 3 seconds, enter the first number of the menu

function that you would like to access. Keep going until you have
entered all of the numbers.
For example: To turn on the Alarm clock, press Menu 4-1-1
(Menu - Settings - Alarm clock - On).
Note: A complete list of shortcuts is in the next section. Be aware
that some menus or features may be unavailable due to your network
or lack of your subscription to the feature(s) in question. In such
