Troubleshooting My mic doesn’t work (other players can’t hear me). - Connect the USB plug from the X12 to a USB port on your console. - Make sure the X12 amp box LED is lit *green*. If it’s lit red, set the Mute switch to “On” to make the LED green. - Put on the headset and speak into the mic. -
