Questions and answers
My gas fireplace logs with a knob used to light makes a sound when not in use. This happened before and the dealer made a service call and adjusted. What is causing this and can I adjust. Thanks
The Heat-N-Glo gas fireplace may produce noise due to metal expanding and contracting as it heats up and cools down. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the operation or longevity of the fireplace. There is no mention of an adjustment to eliminate this noise.
