    3. PREPARE FOR TRAINING Plan Your Training The Polar RCX5 training computer offers you different ways to plan your training sessions. There are four different default sport profiles in the training computer: Running, Cycling (Bike 1), Swimming, and Other sport . Select the sport and make the necessary profile settings for each of the sports to suit your training needs.
