Troubleshooting Chart

Solution
Adjust the antenna location and connection.
Adjust the antenna location and connection.
Check the antenna lead-in cable.
Move the television away from electrical appliances, lights, vehicles,
and medical equipment.
Check to see if the volume is set at the minimum.
Verify that Mute mode is not set.
Check the speaker connection.
Check all audio inputs.
Change the channel.
Set Input Setup properly.
Check the antenna cables.
Check to see if the TV power cord is plugged into a power outlet.
Try another channel in case of station trouble.
Ensure the remote control codes are properly programmed.
Check cable connections.
Adjust brightness and audio controls.
Press the source button, to select the correct input source.
Make sure a PC is not connected with an HDMI input.
Unplug any HDMI connections, and plug them back in.
Adjust the Color settings.
Change the channel.
